EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are allowed for greeting card orders within 10 days of receiving order. Contact us at info@impressdesignstudio to notify us. Customer responsible for shipping costs unless there was a defect to your order. Please allow 7 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed.

Returns are not allowed on custom or semi-custom orders unless there is a defect or printing error on our behalf. Customer is responsible for approving all files prior to production including spelling, grammar, layout, colors, details, etc.
